ASBN recently caught up with Tiffani Bova, at Georgia’s largest annual technology showcase, The Summit, hosted by TAG (Technology Association of Georgia). Tiffani is the customer growth and innovation evangelist for Salesforce, an American cloud-based software company that helps small businesses build more meaningful and lasting relationships with their customers.
Tiffani hosted a great keynote at the TAG Summit where she discussed the importance of integrating technology with customer service. She explains that almost all business big or small are concerned about keeping growth moving in the right direction. Even if you have a really strong product, don’t forget about the customer experience side of things.
Companies today have a responsibility to their customers and prospects, to the right technology for their employees, so they can, in turn, provide a better experience for the customer overall.
