ASBN is the Presenting Sponsor for the upcoming Gwinnett Chamber Small Business Awards

The chamber of one of the strongest counties for small business presence in Georgia is celebrating and putting a well-deserved spotlight on small business owners. 

On December 9, 2022, the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Small Business Awards. The Atlanta Small Business Network (ASBN), a premier resource for Metro Atlanta small business owners, is honored to be a presenting sponsor for this year’s Small Business Awards event. 

Awarding deserving entrepreneurs and small business changemakers

The Gwinett Chamber Small Business Awards will take place at 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. and will award individuals in categories like:

  • Community contributors – Nonprofits or for-profit businesses making a significant difference in their communities.
  • Emerging entrepreneurs – The Gwinnett chamber will offer a prize for young professionals under 40 that are making their mark on the small business space.
  • Culture creators – An award for businesses that have shown success in investing in the well-being of employees.
  • Founder – An impactful founder who has brought success and prosperity to their small business.

The Gwinnett Chamber Small Business Awards will also award an exceptional minority and/or women-owned business owner, along with acknowledging various-sized small companies and those that have existed for less than two years. 

Also, In addition to being a presenting sponsor, Jim Fitzpatrick, ASBN co-founder, will moderate a fireside chat with Terri Nichelle-Bradley, Founder of Brown Toy Box, a featured Small Business Awards speaker near the beginning of the program from 10 – 10:30 a.m.
