Today on the Atlanta Small Business Profile, Ted Jenkin talks with Sara Khaki, owner, and CEO of both the Khaki Law Firm and Atlanta Divorce Law Group. As an attorney, Sara practices multiple disciplines in the two law firms she owns.
While law school is an incredibly difficult feat of higher education, Sara says that there wasn’t a whole lot of education about business ownership. And running a law firm is the same as running any other business. Sara had to find talented staff, outline services, and consider sales and marketing efforts as well.
According to Sara, everything in the firm revolves around the vision of Happily Ever After Divorce, which they have also trademarked. She believes that if you are in a difficult situation, and manage to take a leap of faith into the unknown, you can find happiness on the other side. This mission flows through all business operations, especially in the company culture.
