On this week’s episode of the Atlanta Small Business Profile, Ted Jenkin welcomes Zach Wojohn, president and CEO of Executive Parking Systems, Inc., one of the largest and most referred valet service and parking management providers in the Atlanta area.
At Executive Parking Systems, Zach says they do a more intensive training and on-boarding process with their valet hires. The utilize a mentorship system where new hires train under three different managers, so they can learn a variety of techniques and styles. This creates better safety, better security, and a better customer experience at the end of the day. The whole thing about valet is the consistency of the experience.
If you can get people to buy-in to your dream, and you can get people to understand where the path is headed, then chances are you will become a successful entrepreneur according to Zach. He also says that if your business takes a big hit like losing a client, you have to know how to rebound from that, and get better.
