In this segment, Darrell and Martina discuss the Wells Fargo Works for Small Business: Diverse Community Capital (DCC) Program, and how it empowers business owners from minority backgrounds, including people of color, immigrants, veterans, the LGBTQ community, people with disabilities, and others.

We kicked off the interview with Darrell and Martina, by discussing the history and inspiration behind the Diverse Community Capital Program and more importantly, what it aims to accomplish. The pair then discussed the program’s partnership with CDFIs (community development financial institutions) including ACE, and how the organizations bring economic growth to local communities.
