In this segment, George discusses what it is that customers care about most when it comes to shopping for your products. While most salespeople are quite capable of explaining what their product is and what it does, George explains why most businesses fail at giving the customer a reason why they need the product or service and what pain points owning the product will alleviate.
We then find out how this same concept works when pitching your business to venture capitalists and investors. Lastly, George leaves some parting advice for entrepreneurs who want to apply this strategy as soon as possible.
